Polymer clay is perfect for experimenting with colors. You can have fun just by playing around with pigments and mixing clay. This can get overwhelming and sometimes you just want to focus on shape or pattern.
So, not in the mood for colors? The first thing that comes to mind is a classic black and white combination. We have been avoiding this because white clay refuses to stay white and turns almost yellow especially after multiple baking sessions. We’ve been using Kato clay for almost a year and this is the only major complaint so far.
Simple way to get around this problem is using black to white gradients or even grey to white for less contrast. That’s what we used as a base on this bangle, than added a black pattern.
