Shop is run by Lora Podgoršek ODD. On making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page.
To order from our website, simply add the items you desire to the cart, items you no longer require can be removed from your cart at any time.
You are required to pay for goods in full at the time of ordering (‘checkout’).
All prices listed on the website are shown in euro (€).
Please note that items sent outside the European union may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact the appropriate authorities prior to purchase.
PAYMENT METHOD
For now we only accept PayPal.
Click on the “Proceed to Paypal” button which will automatically take you to PayPal. Just follow the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to enter your PayPal details if you have an account. This is all held on a secure server by Paypal. PayPal is a third party payment processor which enables online credit and debit card payments. SHIPPING
Shipping is free.
We will email you to confirm dispatch of your order. You can then expect your item to arrive within 1-4 working days for Slovenia addresses or longer for International orders (up to 30 days). We take every care to ensure your jewelry order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.
Items are delivered to the address you specify when ordering. Please ensure your address details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders when incorrect address details have been provided by the customer.
All of our items are shipped by Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian post office).
The countries we ship to are listed in the shop’s checkout form. If your country isn’t listed or you have trouble purchasing, please CONTACT US for more information.
RETURNS
We think you will be very satisfied with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 3 days return policy (upon receiving item). Please contact us immediately by email to advise us that you are returning the item and we will give you instructions for returns. We will then refund you as soon as possible.
All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 3 hours of order.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.
